General job description
-We are looking for a candidate who is capable of performing all junior human resources responsibilities including keeping employees record, assist in recruitment and staffing, compensation so as to ensure company compliance.
Duties and responsibilities
-Assist with recruitment process by identifying potential applicants
-Keeping employee records
-Ensure employees health & safety around the company
-Manage pension and benefits scheme for the employees
-Working on HR office emails
-Answering employees’ questions and quarries
-Maintain calendars of the HR management team
-Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas
-Keep up date with latest HR trends and best practices
-Produce and submit reports of general HR activities to HOD
Qualifications and requirements
-bachelor degrees in human resources with minimum 3 years of experience on a particular field
-Being able to work under dynamic environment and quick in solving companies uncertain
-Good communication skills around the company so as to ease sharing of ideas, opinions on meetings and conference
-Greater knowledge on Tanzania labor laws and employment regulations
-Effective HR administrations and people management skills
-Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-High computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools
